TelEm Joins as Silver Literary Partner for In Emilio Wilson Park with Uncle Joe

GREAT BAY--Victorious Living Publishing has welcomed TelEm Group as a Silver Literary Partner for In Emilio Wilson Park with Uncle Joe, the debut book by veteran St. Maarten educator Oswald Francis.

TelEm’s contribution will help place copies of the book in schools and other institutions while also making the publication available at a discounted rate to readers who may otherwise be unable to afford it.

Readers purchasing from the new batch will receive an upgraded edition featuring several enhancements, including a new illustration. The new batch is expected to arrive in St. Maarten by the second week of October 2026.

Victorious Living Publishing also thanked readers who purchased the book and have been awaiting their copies, while apologizing for the delay.

The publisher said the delay was due to circumstances beyond its control and expressed confidence that readers will find the upgraded edition worth the wait.
