GREAT BAY--St. Maarten has named its squad for the Leeward Islands Senior Men’s Cricket Tournament 2025, which runs from October 25 to November 1 in St. Kitts. Matches will be played at St. Paul’s Sporting Complex, Conaree Cricket Ground, and Warner Park Stadium. The event features Saint Kitts, Nevis, Antigua and Barbuda, Montserrat, St. Maarten, and Anguilla, with each team playing back-to-back two-day fixtures followed by three 50-over matches.
St. Maarten’s roster is led by captain Daniel Doram and vice-captain Nathan Edward. The full selection reads, Daniel Doram, Akeem Charles, Nathan Edward, Jathan Edward, Amarius Harris, Tyanick Honore, Michael Lewis, Randell Longville, Is-rael Morton, Samuel Morton, Michael Palmer, Rudesh Ramraj, Devanand Singh, Mirnal Wadhwa. The team staff includes coach Parsram Singh and manager Kenroy David.
Team officials say the group blends experience with emerging talent, and that the dual two-day and 50-over formats will test depth, discipline, and game awareness. The objective is clear, compete for results across both formats, keep sessions tight with the ball, build partnerships with the bat, and field cleanly under pressure. With regional rivals bringing strong lineups and familiar conditions in St. Kitts, St. Maarten targets a fast start in the two-day fixtures, then a controlled transition into the 50-over phase.
The players have earned selection through consistency, fitness work, and recent domestic form. The squad will finalize match plans on arrival in St. Kitts, including new-ball roles, middle-overs spin options, and batting order flexibility for both formats. Supporters at home and in St. Kitts can expect competitive cricket, clear intent, and a group determined to represent St. Maarten with focus and pride.
