MARIGOT, Saint-Martin-- The Saint-Martin Tourism Office has concluded its participation in IFTM Paris 2026, using the three-day international tourism trade show to strengthen relationships with European travel professionals, introduce new tourism products and experiences and position the destination for the upcoming tourism season.
IFTM Paris was held from September 15 to 17 at Paris Porte de Versailles. Throughout the event, the Saint-Martin delegation met with tourism professionals, media representatives and content creators as part of efforts to develop partnerships and strengthen the destination’s visibility in key European markets.

Strengthening relationships across Europe
Saint-Martin met with tour operators and travel agents from France and several other European markets, including Italy, the United Kingdom and Germany.
The discussions provided opportunities to introduce new tourism products and experiences available on the island, while reinforcing relationships with professionals interested in programming, promoting and selling Saint-Martin to their clients.
The Tourism Office also participated in the Atout France Workshop alongside French overseas destinations and regions from mainland France, creating another opportunity for direct engagement with tourism industry partners.
The Tourism Office thanked the Guadeloupe Islands for their collaboration, as well as the co-exhibitors participating alongside Saint-Martin: Avis Saint-Martin, Caribbean Emotions, Caraïbes Incentives, La Playa, Palm Court and Star Clippers.
Their collective participation helped showcase the diversity of Saint-Martin’s tourism offering and highlighted the businesses and professionals contributing to the destination’s appeal.

“Saint-Martin, It’s a Feeling” unveiled
IFTM Paris also marked the unveiling of Saint-Martin’s new destination campaign, “Saint-Martin, It’s a Feeling.”
The campaign is designed around the idea that Saint-Martin is not simply a destination to visit, but one to experience through its gastronomy, culture, landscapes, activities and way of life.
The new identity will support the Tourism Office’s continued efforts to strengthen Saint-Martin’s presence in France and other European markets, while presenting the island through experiences that distinguish the destination.
Building toward the new tourism season
Following IFTM Paris, the Tourism Office said it will continue strengthening its relationships with French and European tourism professionals while pursuing promotional activities involving media representatives and content creators.
The destination will also continue developing partnerships designed to increase Saint-Martin’s visibility and support tourism growth ahead of the new season.
The Tourism Office said the destination’s participation in IFTM demonstrated its continued commitment to presenting Saint-Martin to international tourism partners while building relationships that can translate into increased awareness and visitor interest.
